ABOUT ARIA BISTRO + WINE BAR
The inspiration for Aria Bistro + Wine Bar came from its location. Situated on prime waterfront land by Marina Bay and nestled in Singapore’s leading performing arts centre, Aria was intended as a tribute to the arts. Its logo was designed after stringed instruments and its concept after those who appreciate cultural arts. Decked in black with bronze industrial chains hanged artistically and strategically around the restaurant, the mood of this restaurant is that of – moody yet chic. The modern retro décor creates a perfect place to wine, dine and chill out in.

FOOD
The food at Aria Bistro + Wine Bar is that of Classical French with hints of Italian influences. You can expect fresh, delicious and delightfully surprising fare including special creations of desserts that will be offered amongst the many other highlights.

WINE
The wine list was put together with thoughtful consideration of the pairing with the food menu. It lists a good variety of wines that are globally representative; wines not only from the old and new world but also favourites from the Americas and down under.

EXECUTIVE CHEF/CULINARY DEVELOPMENT, KELVIN LOKE
At the helm of the kitchen in Aria Bistro + Wine Bar is Chef Kelvin Loke. He brings not only his expertise in gastronomic food from fine dining restaurants such as Les Amis, Au Jardin Lighthouse and The Raffles Grill but also experience in teaching from International Cuisine Association of Singapore Training & Education Centre (ICASTEC) to the Aria kitchen crew. Having worked with the Michelin-Star Chefs Jacques Pourcel, Anne Pic, Charlie Trotters, Roy Yamaguchi, Rocco Dispirito and many others, Chef Loke is young, innovative and raring to go. He has garnered various awards of recognition and participation of world-class international culinary events like the World Gourmet Summit, where he won a scholarship program at Le Cordon Bleu Academie D’art Culinaire de Paris. His road to the gastronomic capital of the world saw him training at Le Muses, one of the most prestigious restaurants in Paris nestled at the Grand Hotel Scribe the Paris. Whilst there, he was also given the opportunity to display his culinary flair of marrying classic French-European cuisines with cosmopolitan Asian styles at the Paris Le Cordon Bleu 2004, Gastronomic Tour. His innovation and great culinary skills promises one of the best French dining experiences!
